Rise of the Penguins GB 1.13 update

I am leaving the previous version 1.12 available as I have upgraded the gbstudio version from using v4.00 to v4.1.3. So there is a chance there there is some bugs that I haven't found yet. 

1.13 patch notes

• 2 new difficulty settings: Super easy and Extreme easy. Meant mainly for players who struggle to get past the 1st or 2nd levels, but feel free to switch to these modes if you prefer playing easier. The game is still playable using these game modes as the only differences are increased health and lives. And of course since it's easy it saves on checkpoints. 
• Minor tweaks to get the enemies to work with the new version of gbstudio. Not fully tested so there can still be some issues. That is why I kept the previous version.
